Uno Espresso is a brand that has been operating on the local market for many years, has gained the recognition of customers who highly appreciate the products and services it offers. Until recently, Uno Espresso also had an online store that did not meet current standards, not only in terms of design and usability, but also technical functionality. All this contributed to the decision to create a completely new online store, completely from scratch, starting with the needs of the target users.
\r\nWe started the process of building a new e-commerce platform for Uno Espresso by conducting Design Thinking Workshops in the Design Thinking methodology, one of the elements of which was to prepare and conduct qualitative research with store users. The workshop resulted in the creation of the first lo-fi mockup concepts for an online store, which were then subjected to the process of prototyping and testing with a selected group of users. The applications collected at this stage contributed to the creation of many functionalities that were implemented in the final project of the online store.
\r\nIn addition to the dedicated graphic design, our graphic team has also prepared illustrations that fill the space of the Uno Espresso online store, giving it expressiveness and character. When creating the graphic design, our team of designers focused on maintaining the consistency of all elements and functionality resulting from the previously conducted design workshops. The ready graphic design of the online store was then handed over to the developers responsible for the implementation of the entire project on the ecommerce platform based on the WordPress WooCommerce engine.
\r\nThe implementation of the new e-commerce platform for the Uno Espresso brand was not a simple task. In addition to programming dedicated graphic templates related to the prepared project, it was necessary to carry out a number of integrations and modifications, as well as prepare the export of the current customer base from the old to the new online store of the brand. At the implementation stage, as a team, we had to integrate the platform with the Subiekt ERP system, the Omnisend marketing automation system and numerous functionalities enabling the combination of payments and shipments. The whole thing also required intensive work of the front-end developer, who was responsible for the implementation of a dedicated graphic template for the online store. Ultimately, the implementation of the project was successful and the creation of a modern and effective e-commerce website.

Due to the relatively new area of operation of the brand on the market, the needs of the target group of customers were unclear. A thorough analysis of the online store user persona brought the project team closer to the preparation of key requirements related to the eCommerce platform being created.
\r\nThe next step was a thorough benchmarking analysis, which was focused on examining competitive solutions and searching for valuable benchmarks that could generate significant added value for the brand. The last step of the research and development process was the creation of a Customer Journey Map, which presented a scheme of building user experience in contact with the Mam Okres brand at every stage of the decision-making process.
\r\nThanks to the eCommerce workshops, the design team prepared the complete information architecture of the online store, as well as the list of visual and functional requirements. Based on the prepared documents and the knowledge gathered during the eCommerce workshops, a fully dedicated graphic design of the online store was created, both in terms of the usable (UX) and visual (UI) layer, which was additionally equipped with a complete design system for the entire eCommerce website.
\r\nThe last stage of work was the implementation of the designed UX and UI mockups on the open source WordPress WooCommerce platform. During the implementation of the eCommerce website, in addition to the visual layer corresponding to the requirements related to a dedicated graphic design, a functional layer was also implemented. The online store has been linked with key payment, shipping and marketing service modules. The whole thing was finally implemented on the client's production server.

When preparing the graphic design, the design studio was in constant contact with our specialists in the field of UX / UI design, so that the created design was not only effective, but also useful. Thanks to such cooperation, it was possible to develop a unique graphic design of the online store for the Rexproduct brand.
\r\nThe online store for the Rexproduct brand has been programmed in accordance with a previously prepared graphic design on the WordPress WooCommerce engine. The decision to choose this engine was mainly due to the functionality and flexibility of the WooCommerce system. Thanks to the use of both standard elements nested in the engine, as well as several proprietary solutions, we have created an effective and useful e-commerce website.
\r\nOne of the most important business expectations of the brand owners was the possibility of servicing many foreign markets with the use of one e-commerce service. Thanks to the use of appropriate commercial plugs and our own solutions, we have managed to create a multilingual, multi-currency online store that efficiently combines not only languages, but also payments and shipping systems in many foreign markets, as well as on the domestic market. Thanks to this, we have managed to create a useful online sales tool for the Rexproduct brand.

\r\nThe Babyono online store has been designed in accordance with the principle of user centered design, which puts the usability of the website in the first place as the most important value. Thanks to this, the online store is easy to use, intuitive and, moreover, attractive. The use of the existing visual identification of the brand, combined with appropriate graphics and photography, allowed to obtain a valuable graphic interface.
\r\nBabyono is an online store that shows the range of possibilities offered by the WooCommerce ecommerce engine. Babyono is an online store where the Blue Owl development team used 110% of the possibilities offered by WooCommerce and WordPress by creating a multi-level menu, an effective and modern search engine, a gallery of products depending on the selected configuration, or an extensive customer panel and wishlist. These are functions that give e-commerce a unique character while increasing its usefulness for customers. The entire website has been programmed according to a previously prepared graphic design.
\r\nThe Babyono online store, in addition to the standard functions offered by the WooCommerce engine and commercial plugins, has been enriched with its own solutions that resulted from the needs of the store owner, and above all, customers. The online store has been equipped with its own plug that allows to enrich the promotion mechanism with a product \"for a penny\", which is a solution specially adapted to the Polish market. In addition, a special product configurator has been prepared as part of the Babyono website, which makes it easier for customers to choose products for newborns.
